Shipping Area

PetsZella currently ships within Pennsylvania, United States only.

Orders outside Pennsylvania will not be processed.


Processing Time

All orders are handmade and prepared fresh.

Processing time:
1–3 business days

During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified if delays occur.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • delivery ZIP code
  • package weight
  • packaging size

Rates are provided live by our shipping system to ensure accurate pricing.


Packaging

Orders are packed using the most appropriate packaging size depending on quantity ordered. Packaging may include:

  • padded envelopes
  • small boxes
  • large boxes

Packaging is selected to protect product freshness and integrity.


Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary.

Typical delivery range:
2–5 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed.


Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is shipped, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.

PetsZella is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays
  • weather delays
  • lost packages after marked delivered
  • incorrect addresses entered by customer

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.


Local Delivery

We offer Local Delivery for eligible nearby addresses.

If your address qualifies, the option will appear at checkout.

Local Delivery may be free depending on distance.


Tracking

Customers receive tracking information via email once the order ships.


Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • product
  • packaging
  • shipping label
