Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: February 22, 2026

Because PetsZella products are handmade and perishable, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, we may offer at our discretion:

  • replacement
  • store credit
  • refund

We do not issue refunds for:

  • incorrect addresses entered by customer
  • delivery delays caused by carriers
  • packages marked as delivered
